Maryam Shafipour, 29, was released from a women's wing of Evin Prison in Tehran on Thursday July 16, 2015. She was arrested in July after being summoned for questioning and was kept in solitary confinement for more than two months without access to her lawyer. In 2013 Shafipour was found guilty of "spreading propaganda" and "gathering and colluding" against the ruling system.
